Westfield Forum des Halles

Westfield Forum des Halles

Les Halles was the heart of Paris’s fresh food market. In 1971, it was dismantled and rebuilt with the Westfield Forum des Halles, a modern retail mall built largely underground and directly connected to Châtelet–Les Halles’ vast RER and métro transit hub. Every day, 150,000 people visit the shopping complex.

The Forum des Halles was remodelled extensively in 2010, and the new version of the Forum des Halles opened in 2018. On April 5, 2016, the 2.5-hectare Canopy was officially inaugurated. With 42 million annual visits, the Forum des Halles was the second most visited retail mall in the Paris region in 2017.
